Forged Fiber is seeking a Fiber Tech II - Splicing Technicians to install, splice, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cable across construction, operations, maintenance, and restoration projects in Caldwell, ID. You will work outdoors, climb and lift, and collaborate with crews to keep networks operating safely.
The role requires 2+ years of fiber splicing experience, tools proficiency (OTDR, fusion splicer, optical power meter), and a high school diploma.

Full-time; typical 8-hour shifts generally fall between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; actual start/end times vary by assignment
Mandatory overtime may be required and may include weekends and holidays
May occasionally be assigned to work out of town for varying lengths of time
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$34.65 - $42 Hourly
