Job summary

Broadband Telecom Services, Inc. is seeking a Fiber Splicing Sub-Contractor to perform fiber splicing on telecommunications projects in the DFW, Texas area.

The role requires reading blueprints, adhering to safety policies, and delivering excellent customer service while applying strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of fiber splicing experience on telecom installations, maintenance, and outages, and must pass background checks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum three years of fiber splicing telecommunications projects including restoring service, routine maintenance, and outages
• Customer-service oriented & have excellent people skills
• Thorough understanding of plans & specifications including reading blueprints and engineering design plans
• Comply with and enforce company's safety policies
• Excellent communication, organizational, computer, leadership & problem-solving skills
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR
