Qualifications

• Able to lift 25 lbs continuously and work in variable conditions.
• Experience supervising sub-contractors is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and field supervision of the area fiber splicing team.
• Maintain a strong field presence and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate with management to meet customer needs and allocate resources.
• Supervise splicing and testing crews; ensure crew preparedness.
• Track daily progress and relay reports to the main office.
• Create and close out documentation within 12 hours of completion.
• Monitor QA standards through field inspections and observations.
• Oversee PPE compliance and safe site practices.
• Lead tailgate safety meetings and training initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
