Job summary

Centric Infrastructure Group is seeking an Equipment Operator/Splicer in Austin, Texas, responsible for assisting in splicing, installing, and maintaining fiber optic systems. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a clean driver's license, and 1 to 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery. Additional skills in communication and attention to detail are essential. This full-time position offers great benefits, including generous PTO and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years' experience operating heavy machines.
• Clean & Valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency with hand tools (knowledge preferred but will train the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Splicer in all daily activities.
• Splice fiber optic cables.
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance to resolve signal problems.
• Operate technical and heavy equipment.
