Schedule: 4 x 10-hr shifts (Mon–Thu), Night work & On-Call as required.

This is a full-time, on-site Fiber Splicer role based in Yakima, WA. The Fiber Splicer will install, splice, and terminate fiber optic cables in backbone, middle-mile, and FTTH networks, following industry standards and project specifications. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting network designs and construction prints, performing fiber testing and troubleshooting, and documenting test results and work completed. The role involves working with aerial and underground fiber placements, maintaining safe work practices, and coordinating with field supervisors and engineering teams to ensure accurate builds and timely project delivery. The Fiber Splicer will also support quality assurance efforts, assist with network repairs and upgrades, and help optimize network performance in active field environments.
Schedule: 4 x 10hrs (Monday – Thursday), Night Work & On-Call as required (Schedules subject to change)
Primary Travel Hub: Ellensburg, WA (Transportation required to/from Ellensburg at start and end of week)
Territory/Work Locations: Washington to start, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Arizona additionally
