Now hiring for an experienced Fiber Optic Splicing Technician to be based out of our Fairfield Maine office.
We’re expanding and seeking experienced splicers to support our projects throughout the NH and New England area. This is a field-based position where you’ll report directly from your home to assigned job sites — no office check-ins required. We’re looking for techs who can handle splicing, testing, and troubleshooting across OSP, ISP, and aerial environments. If you thrive working independently, enjoy solving problems in the field, and are open to regional travel, this role is for you.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Ability to sit, stand, climb, kneel, bend, lift, crawl, squat, reach and utilize both hands and feet in an aerial and underground capacity. Drive and operate a vehicle, and/or bucket. Environmental conditions: exposure is heat, cold, dust, wet, vibration and very loud noise. Repeated and frequent ability to lift, from floor to above head 80 lbs continuously. Requires the ability to sit for extended periods, stand, bend, walk, communicate via telephone, computer and/or face-to-face contact, vision to monitor, and use basic office equipment such as a personal computer, copier, and fax machines regularly during the course of work.
