Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on fiber optic splicing experience in Data Center and active plant environments.
• Experience preparing splice cases and rack-mounted fiber panels.
• Ability to read blueprints, fiber maps, and splice documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform fusion and mechanical splicing of single-mode (SM) and multimode (MM) fiber optic cables.
• Execute mass fusion splicing of 12, 16, and 24-count ribbon fiber in data center environments.
• Conduct fiber testing and troubleshooting using OTDR, Power Meter, and Fiber Scope tools.
