Job summary

Ting Internet is seeking a Fiber Sales Representative in Westminster, MD to join our field sales team. You’ll connect with homeowners, introduce our fiber service, and upgrade their home internet experience.

As the face of Ting, you’ll build relationships, educate customers, and manage your own sales pipeline while meeting weekly and monthly goals in a dynamic, on-the-road role.

What You'll Do

Join Ting Internet in Westminster, MDas a Fiber Sales Representative (Door to Door Field Sales) and help bring faster, more reliable internet to your community.

As the face of Ting, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our award-winning fiber service, and help them upgrade their home internet experience.

In this role, you'll:

• Build relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory
• Educate customers on the benefits of Ting Fiber and win sales
• Grow and manage your own sales pipeline
• Track activity using Spotio and other mobile tools
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $86,000 annually. Enjoy the stability of a base salary $29,000 base + uncapped commission. Total earnings potential range from $86,000 - $180,000+ (yes really, we have sales representatives earning well over 6 figures)

What You Bring

• Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or similar industry
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends when customers are home based on an assigned on a 37.5 hour weekly working schedule
• This role requires traveling on foot through residential neighborhoods for extended periods throughout the workday, including walking on varied terrain (sidewalks, driveways, uneven ground) in a range of weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for candidates who can perform the essential functions of this role with or without support.
• Experience using mobile technology and CRM tools is an asset
