B.H. Inc. is seeking a Utility Construction Laborer to support the Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project in Utah. You will assist field crews with conduit installation and related tasks, contributing to a safe, efficient job site.

This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO, per diem for travel, and opportunities to grow within our wireless and communications division.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to read/understand basic site drawings or plans.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for maintaining site safety with operators.
• Willingness to undertake heavy travel along the project corridor.

Responsibilities

• Assisting field crews with utility conduit installation, plowing, trenching, and directional drilling operations.
• Acting as a dedicated safety spotter for heavy equipment operators to ensure a secure job site.
• Safely moving materials, tools, and supplies across the work area.
• Setting junction boxes and completing manual hand digging when required.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with equipment operators and site leads.
