Qualifications

• Completion of a high school education or equivalent technical training.
• Five years’ experience in telecommunication installation and maintenance.
• Must possess valid vehicle operator's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and engineer work orders and projects.
• Install and repair cabling and fiber optics.
• Troubleshoot broadband systems at level 1 of infrastructure.

Skills

Expert knowledge of telecommunication systems

Education

Completion of an applicable trade specific program or equivalent degree
