Job summary

ALLO is hiring OSP Technicians to safely build, splice, test, and maintain a fiber network in ALLO communities. You will work with leadership and SMEs, stay current with procedures, and meet timely deliverables while keeping customer needs and company goals in focus.

The role requires a high school diploma, about 1 year of telecom experience, and physical requirements. You’ll perform field installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year telecommunication experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install/locate fiber in underground conduits.
• Operate motorized equipment to pull fiber.
• Perform splicing and testing.
• Complete field reports and maintain documentation.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance.
