Job summary

Rally Networks is seeking a field technician to install and maintain fiber-optic infrastructure across Oregon. You will work four 10-hour days on the road and spend weekends at home when possible.

The role requires experience with heavy equipment, the ability to navigate varied job sites, and a willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. CDL is a plus, but not required.

• Experience operating heavy equipment is required.
• CDL is desired.
• Utility construction experience is desired.

• Places and maintains cable within underground conduit system.
• Maintains right-of-ways, including patching roadways and backfill areas.
• Installs and removes aerial cable.
• Installs and maintains pedestals, poles, carrier sites and equipment at subscriber locations.
• Operates and maintains digging and trenching equipment.

Job description

This position will work in various work locations throughout Oregon installing fiber-optic infrastructure. This position works four (4) 10-hour-days on the road and travels home on the weekends most weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
