Job summary

Ideatek Telcom LLC is seeking a Door-to-Door Sales Representative in Tucson to introduce fiber internet to homeowners and drive local growth. You will engage residents, answer questions, and help families decide if IdeaTek’s fiber service fits their needs.

You’ll spend most days in the field, walking neighborhoods, logging interactions in the CRM, and following up with prospects. Training is provided, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work outdoors in high temperatures and travel primarily in-field.

Responsibilities

• Introduce fiber internet services to homeowners in assigned territory.
• Build relationships with prospective customers via face-to-face conversations and follow-up communication.
• Educate customers on service options, promotions, and installation timelines.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to order completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals while delivering excellent customer experience.
