Prince Telecom is seeking multiple entry-level Fiber Optic Installation Technicians in the Reading, PA area to help us connect America! We provide paid training, a company vehicle, full benefits, and more.

Pay and Job Details

• Pay: $16 - $22/hr+
• Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic systems.
• Set up and configure residential networking equipment such as ONT’s, routers, and switches.
• Analyze and record test results on company-issued and customer devices.
• Interface with customers to identify and resolve issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report work status updates.
• Customer service duties: greet customers professionally, review requested services, educate on products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable working outdoors, in tight spaces, and in various weather conditions
• Experience with tools and test equipment
• Good communication skills
• Able to travel locally, work extended hours, and lift/carry ladders
