Job summary

LeCom Utility Contractors in Michigan is seeking a versatile Groundman/Lineman helper to support an overhead telecom crew. You will load, prep, and assist with tools, materials, and equipment at the job site, and perform strenuous physical labor as directed.

This role requires a valid CDL-A, good communication, and willingness to travel; training is preferred. Safety-conscious teamwork is essential to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license is required.
• Groundman/Lineman training preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities
