Job summary

ALLO is hiring for the Allo Drop team to install buried and aerial fiber drops, work outdoors, and adapt to a new site each day. This role demands physical effort, flexibility, and a proactive approach to safety. A high school diploma is required, and we provide training and safety policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in physical labor preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Select routes and place/bury drops for residential fiber plant.
• Operate equipment needed to install buried drops.
• Yard and landscaping restoration. Climbing a ladder will be required for aerial drop work.
• Document the construction of fiber plant and provide daily and weekly production reports to the Supervisor.
• Provide a safe work environment by following safety regulations and company policies.
• Travel as required and lift up to 100 pounds.
