Job summary

Communication Data Link is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize inventory operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure safe handling of goods, and leverage data analysis with warehouse systems to maintain accuracy.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with WMS, and forklift/telehandler certification, with the flexibility to take on diverse tasks such as coordinating, operating the GPR, and door-hanging notifications around town.

Qualifications

• Must be able to prioritize tasks, maintain order, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in inventory and documentation.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure materials and tools are in order.
• Accurately pull and distribute materials to fulfill requests and work orders.
• Sort materials according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to switch gears quickly as needs arise.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and Excel.
• Forklift/Telehandler experience and certification is required.
• Willingness to take on diverse assignments like coordinating, operating the GPR, and door-hanging notifications.

Responsibilities
