Job summary

Nex-Tech is seeking a hardworking Construction Assistant to support field construction activities, including cable installation and equipment operation. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, hands‑on outdoor work, and learning opportunities within telecommunications and construction.

You will assist with installation, operate basic equipment, and help maintain job sites while collaborating with a team to complete projects safely and efficiently. CDL may be required soon after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus basic construction experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL required shortly after hire.

What You’ll Do:

Education & Experience:
