Job summary

Starflex is seeking an experienced CNC laser operator to own setups and run production, translating blueprints into efficient cut plans while ensuring dimensional accuracy. You will stage and handle materials, perform basic maintenance, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime, all while driving production flow and collaborating with quality teams.

The ideal candidate has proven CNC laser experience (Amada preferred) and a sharp eye for detail, with forklift experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional experience operating CNC laser equipment (required).
• Background with Amada lasers preferred; operators from other laser platforms are welcome.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using calipers/micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Own CNC laser setup and operation across production runs.
• Translate blueprints and work orders into efficient cut plans.
• Safely stage, load, and unload materials and finished goods.
• Validate quality and dimensional accuracy with precision tools.
