Job summary

NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is seeking a full-time broadband technician to install, service, and troubleshoot fiber optic and related technologies in customer homes across its nationwide footprint.

You will participate in onsite training programs, deliver exemplary customer service, and drive your income through workload and performance. Applicants should be able to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, work in attics, and pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

Field experience helpful and ability to use basic installation tools.
Experience with fiber optics installs a plus.
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Background check and pre-hire drug screen required.
Current valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge technology in customer homes.
Provide exemplary customer service.
Earn an income based on jobs completed with an unlimited bonus plan.
Participate in onsite training to become an expert on broadband cable installation.
