Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with a Financial Services firm preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service orientation and executive level support.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in QA sample testing of risk-related processes (monthly).
• Assist with completing risk assessments (RCSA, ERA, KRI).
• Support risk control testing on quarterly, semi-annual and annual cycles.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting risks to supervisor.
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports and maintain documentation.
• Manage department requests and respond in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory and process purchase orders; reconcile monthly.
