Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Travel Hybrid OR/IR Technologist to support high-tech interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment. You will scrub, circulate, and post-process under the supervision of surgeons and interventionalists, leveraging advanced imaging equipment in a Hybrid OR setting.

The role requires ARRT certification, BLS, and at least two years of Interventional Radiology or Hybrid OR experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Hybrid OR.
• ARRT registration in Radiography (R), VI, or CI is a plus; CPR and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and cone-beam CT, to assist in minimally invasive procedures.
• Assist in complex procedures such as EVAR and TAVR in hybrid vascular and cardiac interventions.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to surgical and radiation safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, interventionalists, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure workflow.
• Prepare contrast media, monitor patient responses, and document procedural details.

Job Details:

• Location: Raleigh, NC

• Equipment: Siemens Artis Pheno
• Schedule: M, Tue, Wed, Fri: 0700-1730 (40 hours) + call
• Role: Scrub, circulate, and post process
• Pay: $3,235 weekly gross (eligible for benefits)

About The Role:

As a Travel Hybrid OR/IR Technologist, you will play a key role in assisting surgeons and interventionalists in advanced, minimally invasive procedures. Working in a high-tech Hybrid OR, you’ll support image-guided vascular procedures while ensuring precision and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in complex procedures such as endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR), transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and other hybrid vascular and cardiac interventions.

• Collaborate with surgeons, interventionalists, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure seamless procedural workflow.
• Prepare contrast media, monitor patient responses, and document procedural details.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Hybrid OR settings.
• Certifications:
  • ARRT registered in Radiography (R), Vascular-Interventional (VI) or Cardiac-Interventional (CI) certification is a plus.
