Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Barback for the Ballhooter Music Festival at Snowshoe, WV. This temporary, fixed-term role runs September 3–6, 2026, at 10 Snowshoe Drive.

Pay is $10.00 per hour, with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays possible. The Barback will support bartenders by maintaining stock, cleanliness, and readiness to ensure guests have excellent experiences while adhering to safety and alcohol service standards.

• Support Food & Beverage operations across festival outlets as Barback.
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, organization, and assist bartenders to ensure guest satisfaction while following safety standards.
