Job summary

Dynamic Landscaping, a Northern Indiana landscaping company, is seeking a Fertilization Division Lead to own a service division, supervise field crews, and act as the link between technicians and the Production Manager. This hands-on role requires field work with regular travel between customer properties and job sites around Fort Wayne.

You’ll earn $22–$25 per hour (full-time W-2) with benefits including 401(k) match, insurance options, paid vacation after 12 months, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, fertilization, or property maintenance.
• Experience leading employees or teams preferred.
• Able to coach and hold team members accountable.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English with customers, crew, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field employees within an assigned division.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and technical guidance to crew members.
• Train employees on procedures, quality expectations, safety, and standards.
• Troubleshoot field, equipment, service, or customer issues.
• Act as a communication link between field crews and the Production Manager.
• Review and approve timesheets and documentation.
• Use company software to document work and track information.
• Coordinate materials and resources for the division.
• Monitor quality and productivity and hold team accountable.
• Communicate with customers professionally about questions or concerns.
