Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is a leading health care provider with multiple locations in eastern Massachusetts. We are seeking a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) for the Ultrasound - Fertility department on a part-time schedule (16 hours weekly, Wednesdays and Fridays).

You will perform diagnostic ultrasonography per policy and report to the radiology/ultrasound coordinator. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completed an accredited diagnostic

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate
• Completion of an accredited diagnostic medical sonographic program and ARDMS certified
• CEU documentation required for certification; 2+ years ultrasound experience

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and special procedure ultrasonography per established policies and procedures
• Typically reports to a radiology or ultrasound coordinator
• Obtain Registered Vascular Sonographer certification within one year from hire (per diem may apply)
