Job summary

Shady Grove Fertility is seeking a Sonographer to join the Washington, DC team. The role includes weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM) with compensation of $40+ per hour, depending on experience.

The position offers growth within a nationally recognized fertility network and close patient collaboration. The candidate should have AMA-approved ultrasound training, ARDMS/RVT certification, and at least two years of women’s health ultrasound experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school and eligibility for ARDMS registry.
• RDMS/RVT certification required (or eligible).
• Ability to follow MD protocols for procedures.
• Experience with fertility patients preferred.
• Minimum of two years as an ultrasound technologist in women’s health.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed examinations of anatomy/pathology.
• Make measurements and calculations.
• Document results in EMR.
• Establish rapport with patients and explain procedures.
