Job summary

Spring Fertility in California is seeking a registered nurse to join our dedicated team. As part of our nursing staff, you will provide hands-on, compassionate care throughout patients’ fertility journeys, coordinating treatments and ensuring a safe, clean work environment.

The role requires a CA-licensed RN (BSN preferred) with ACLS certification, and involves early hours, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision plans and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required to practice as RN in CA.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in California (RN)/(BSN) is required.
• Current ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Establish confidence, trust and a positive rapport with all of our patients.
• Case manage a large patient portfolio.
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF and Egg Donation.
• Order time-sensitive medications.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment.
