Job summary

Premium Health Center is seeking a Physician Assistant - Fertility to join the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) team in New York. The PA will perform advanced assessments, manage complex cases, and support fertility treatments alongside physicians, nurses, and other providers.

The role requires an active NY state PA license, clinical experience in reproductive health or fertility, strong communication, and meticulous documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NY State PA license.
• Clinical experience in reproductive health or fertility treatments.
• Proficiency in patient assessments, treatment planning, and monitoring fertility patients.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for fertility care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous patient documentation.
• Proficiency in using EMR and other healthcare technologies.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient cycles and manages medication administration.
• Meets with patients during monitoring visits and provides care and support.
• Performs pregnancy scans and manages non-viable pregnancies with expertise.
• Performs SIS and EMBX procedures.
• Conducts intakes, consults and follow-ups.
• Coordinates care with physicians, offices, and IVF/handoff processes.
