Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operates the Ferris Wheel control console and ensures safe operation per procedures.
• Directs customers on entry/exit and assists with safety belts and restraints.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety around the ride area.
• Collects payment methods from patrons and processes transactions.
• Communicates effectively with customers and team, providing excellent service.
• Attends to down times with misc. tasks and pricing/product labeling as needed.
• Represents Scheels professionally and adheres to dress code.
