Job summary

Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Line Tech/Machine Operator to join our Cincinnati production team. You will operate bottling and filling equipment, report to the Shift Supervisor, and help keep the line running smoothly with proactive troubleshooting.

The role offers a 401K with company match and profit sharing up to 9%, paid holidays, vacation, personal days, and overtime opportunities with a bonus up to $2,000. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; extra training or certification is a bonus but not required.
• Experience with bottling, packaging, or filling machines is desirable, but training is available.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods; handle materials up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Good eyesight, color and depth perception, and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to understand instructions and write clearly when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels.
• Follow all quality and safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE and hair nets in designated areas.
• Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems.
• Keep track of downtime and report any issues with quality.
• Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines.
• Work closely with your team to keep the production line running.
• Keep machines in top condition and take pride in your work.
