Overview

We are seeking experienced Fencing Installers to join our field operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience installing commercial and residential fencing systems, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fence Installation: Install chain link, ornamental iron, vinyl, wood, and specialty fencing systems.
Site Preparation: Measure, layout, and prepare project sites for installation.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, augers, and other installation equipment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet company standards and project specifications.
Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Customer Service: Represent Energy Fencing professionally while interacting with clients and site personnel.
