Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is hiring full-time Fence Installers to join our outdoor crew. This hands-on role involves digging post holes, setting posts, and installing wood, iron, chain link, and pipe fencing for homeowners and businesses.

You'll work on small crews, earn weekly pay with direct deposit, and have a clear path to crew lead within a year. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and comfort with power tools.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to our yard each morning
• Valid drivers license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather
• Comfortable using power tools (drills, saws, augers)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
• Fence or construction experience preferred but not required for the right person

Responsibilities

• Dig post holes (auger or hand-dig) and set posts in concrete
• Build and install fence panels - wood, ornamental iron, chain link
• Hang gates and install hardware
• Load and unload materials at the warehouse and on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the company truck
• Communicate with the crew lead and homeowners on-site
• Clean up the job site at the end of each day
