Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is hiring full-time Fence Installers to join our outdoor crew. You will be hands-on, working on residential and commercial fencing projects, operating on a 2-3 person team. We provide a truck, tools, and materials; you bring the strong work ethic and reliability.

Expect a fast-paced environment with growth potential, including a path to crew lead within 12-18 months. Weekly pay, overtime, and paid holidays are offered, with PPE and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to our yard each morning.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable using power tools (drills, saws, augers).
• Positive attitude – we’re a small team and culture matters.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required.
• Fence or construction experience preferred but not required for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Dig post holes (auger or hand-dig) and set posts in concrete.
• Build and install fence panels - wood, ornamental iron, chain link
• Hang gates and install hardware
• Load and unload materials at the warehouse and on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the company truck
• Communicate with the crew lead and homeowners on-site
• Clean up the job site at the end of each day
