Job summary

Dandale Fence, LLC in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a hands-on Fence Installer to join our local team. You will measure, prepare sites, set posts in concrete, and install wood, vinyl, and chain-link fences while maintaining safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of fence installation experience, are comfortable operating hand and power tools, and can lift 80+ pounds daily. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and measuring layout lines accurately.
• Set fence posts firmly in concrete and ensure they are perfectly plumb.
• Assemble and install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, and chain link.
• Operate heavy equipment or power tools safely to ensure the job is completed efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with the crew lead to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure site safety and professional presentation.
