Paid training is provided, and motivated team members have opportunities to advance. You will install fencing and perimeter systems, read project specs, and work safely as part of a crew.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fence installation, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic construction tools and reading a tape measure.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems.
• Work with chain link, vinyl/PVC, wood, aluminum, and temporary fencing.
• Measure and lay out fence lines according to project specifications.
• Dig post holes, set posts, and install rails, wire, gates, and hardware.
• Use hand tools, power tools, augers, and other construction equipment.
• Load, unload, and safely transport materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
