Sunbelt Rentals invites motivated individuals to join our Fence Installer team. The role involves preparing, assembling, and installing fences at customer sites, following safety protocols and directions from leadership.

It is a physically demanding outdoor position requiring teamwork, punctuality, and professional conduct in all weather conditions. Base pay range is shown with a starting wage that varies by location and experience.

• Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washers, post driver, banding equipment, etc.).
• Ability to physically handle (lift, carry, etc.) heavy fence panels (approx. 50-80 lbs.) Must have own transportation.
• Experience operating a forklift and a one-ton truck preferred but not mandatory.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description Summary

Position Objective:

The Fence Installer 1 position is part of a dynamic team that are industry specialists trained to understand the security, accessibility, and image requirements of our customers. You will take directions to help prepare jobsites and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove and install all types of fences per spec requirements. As a field employee you are the face of the company and we rely on you to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on customer service, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict security requirements. This is a physically demanding job that is mostly working outside in various weather conditions. Complete training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Base Pay Range: $20.89 - 30.02
