Job summary

Superior Fence and Rail of Southwest Florida is seeking a Full-Time Fence Installer in Fort Myers, FL. The role requires experience in construction, preferably fence installation, the ability to read plans, follow verbal instructions, and communicate in English.

Job description

Superior Fence and Rail of Southwest Florida is hiring a Full-Time Fence Installer

The preferred candidate will have the following:

• Previous experience in the construction industry; preferably in fence installation.
• The ability to communicate with customers and team members who primarily speak English is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read plans and follow verbal instructions and obey applicable safety regulations.
• Must be able to tolerate working long hours in the Florida heat.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs continuously; and up to 100lbs occasionally.
• Exceedingly positive work attitude; a troubleshooter and problem solver.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Hold a valid Florida Driver's license and qualify through the company's insurance carrier.
