Job summary

Foam Engineers, LLC is seeking a Fabricator to build, assemble, and prepare fence materials for installation. This role supports field crews by ensuring custom and standard products are fabricated accurately, safely, and efficiently.

The position requires experience with various fencing materials, measurement accuracy, and ability to operate shop equipment. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Familiarity with power tools and shop equipment.
• Welding experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, welders, and other shop tools.
• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and basic plans.
• Prepare gates, panels, and posts according to project specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials for job sites.
• Coordinate with installation crews to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
