Artisan Exteriors LLC is seeking a hardworking Fence & Deck Helper to support our installation crews in Washington. The role requires at least one year of construction experience and a willingness to learn from experienced installers.

Qualifications

• Experience with fence or deck installation is preferred.
• Experience using common hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow directions from the crew lead while maintaining productivity throughout the day.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.
