Snap Fitness Newnan is seeking a female personal trainer to serve our growing female clientele. We are looking for someone highly experienced with proven results and a fun-loving team player.

Our aim is to provide top-tier personal training to our community, setting ourselves apart as the best PT provider in Newnan. This part-time position offers plenty of opportunity to quickly grow to full time as the client base expands, with a competitive salary and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with nationally accredited certification.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personal consultations including body fat analysis and nutritional guidance.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with client goals.
• Monitor form and motivate healthy behaviors during workouts.
• Collaborate with sales/management to assist new members with goals.
• Create a fun, encouraging experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personal consultations with members, including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises.
• Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises and encourage healthy behaviors outside of the gym.
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.
• Create a fun, encouraging, and exciting experience for your clients!

Qualifications

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA)
• First Aid & CPR Certified or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Previous sales experience is a plus
