Job summary

GYMGUYZ Marin County is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver personalized in-home fitness training and motivate clients to achieve their goals in the comfort of their homes.

You will create tailored workouts, track progress, and provide ongoing support with a coaching mindset, helping clients stay engaged and consistent.

This role offers paid training, advancement paths including Master Personal Trainer and General Manager, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness is preferred but not required.
• Genuine passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions with clients in their homes or other designated locations.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness levels, goals, and preferences.
