GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training across homes, offices, and organizations. Enjoy a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time with onboarding and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile/web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize client time.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every session.
