Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver personalized, in-home fitness training, tailoring programs to each client’s goals. You’ll motivate and coach clients in their own homes, building long-term relationships and driving results with a supportive coaching style.

Responsibilities include developing customized workout plans, providing ongoing motivation, and monitoring progress while maintaining professional communication with clients and the team.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
• CPR/AED certification
• 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness is preferred but not required.
• Genuine passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness levels, goals, and preferences.
