Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions at clients' homes or designated locations.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability.
• Monitor progress and adjust training plans to ensure success.
• Educate clients on exercise techniques and balanced lifestyle.
