GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to provide in-home and on-site training across the Ashburn area. You’ll design personalized programs, conduct reassessments, and manage your schedule with our app-driven workflow.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to advance, and nationwide support. Excellent communication and certification are required, with travel between client locations expected.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Embraces using Mindbody/Trainerize to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion.
