• Must be fellowship trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine with CAQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality orthopedic care at Cassia Regional Hospital.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team focused on patient experience.
• Participate in orthopedic call and clinic responsibilities.

Skills

Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree

Completion of fellowship training program in Orthopedic Surgery

Active Medical Licensure

Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

DEA Registration

Education

Graduate education from ACGME or AOA accredited institution

CAQ board certification in Sports Medicine
