Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) in Las Vegas seeks a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to provide expert surgical care for complex spinal conditions. You will consult with patients, determine treatment plans, perform surgeries, and oversee post-operative care and rehabilitation in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
• Three years of clinical orthopedic surgery experience and/or subspecialty (sports, trauma, pediatrics, etc.).
• Board certification/eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients requiring specialized orthopedic procedures (scoliosis, dislocations, fractures, tendons, muscles, ligaments).
• Consult with patients, discuss treatment options, and obtain informed consent.
• Oversee post-operative care and coordinate with physical therapy.
• Collaborate with other specialists as needed.
