Job summary

Tri-State Orthopaedics is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Hand, Shoulder, Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our physician-owned practice. The candidate will diagnose and treat hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries, perform surgical and non-surgical interventions, and collaborate with a team of orthopedic specialists across five Pittsburgh-area locations.

We value excellent communication, board certification or eligible status, and eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery is required or eligible.
• Fellowship trained in Hand and Upper Extremity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assess medical history.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans).
• Develop and implement treatment plans for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions.
• Perform hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder surgical procedures.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
