Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a robust team of providers in southern Connecticut.

The position involves about 1.5 days in the operating room and 3.5 days in the outpatient clinic, with care across four office locations and a high-volume practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform spinal procedures including degenerative, deformity, and MIS surgeries.
• Evaluate and treat cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine conditions.
• Maintain efficient clinic flow with approximately 30–40 patient visits daily.
• Collaborate with therapists and interventional pain specialists.

Job description

A thriving independent practice in southern Connecticut is adding a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a team of 13 Providers, including 11 Physicians and 2 PAs.

About the Opportunity:

• The position includes approximately 1.5 days per week in the operating room and 3.5 days per week in the outpatient clinic
• The surgeon will provide care across our 4 office locations
• Evaluate and treat conservative and operative spinal conditions (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar).
• Perform a wide range of spinal procedures, including degenerative, deformity, and minimally invasive surgeries.
• Maintain efficient clinic flow and manage a high-volume practice with a target of 30?40 patient visits per day.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists and interventional pain management specialists.
