Graphic Packaging International is seeking a team member to operate feeder, catcher, and sorter roles within the Finishing Department, rotating across positions to meet production needs and exceed customer expectations.

The role emphasizes adherence to SQF guidelines, process hygiene, and quality checks, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement in a large packaging operation.

Responsibilities

• Feeder: feed cartons into glue machine and ensure correct carton by checking box numbers and marks.
• Catcher: remove finished cartons, verify product against labels, and ensure correct count per case.
• Ensure quality by verifying color, register and absence of unwanted markings on cartons.
• Follow Safe Quality Foods (SQF) procedures and report unsafe conditions to authority.
• Participate in SQF root cause analysis and corrective actions as required.
